[edit] Choice of Fields (Columns)
You can modify the columns in a spreadsheet two different ways:
- Right-clicking on the upper-left corner of the spreadsheet will give you a list of different field sets to choose from.
- Right clicking on column header cells will let you add or remove fields.
- You may also resize columns by dragging the separator between them when the cursor becomes a double-arrow, and you can move columns around by dragging them.
[edit] Task Detail and Resource Detail views
By right-clicking in the upper left corner of usage spreadsheets, you can display other fields:
[edit] Row Selection
- You many select a row by clicking on the leftmost (gray) row header cell.
- You can select a range of rows with the mouse by holding the button pressed, or by holding the shift key down on the keyboard and using the arrow keys.
- You can select non-contiguous ranges by using the control key and clicking.
