You can modify the columns in a spreadsheet two different ways:

  • Right-clicking on the upper-left corner of the spreadsheet will give you a list of different field sets to choose from.

  • You may also resize columns by dragging the separator between them when the cursor becomes a double-arrow, and you can move columns around by dragging them.

[edit] Task Detail and Resource Detail views

By right-clicking in the upper left corner of usage spreadsheets, you can display other fields:

[edit] Row Selection

  • You many select a row by clicking on the leftmost (gray) row header cell.
  • You can select a range of rows with the mouse by holding the button pressed, or by holding the shift key down on the keyboard and using the arrow keys.
  • You can select non-contiguous ranges by using the control key and clicking.

[edit] Context (Popup) Menus

Most spreadsheets have context menus that pop up when you right click on a row. The contents of the menu depends on what is selected. Common options are indent, outdent, cut, copy, paste.
